I have used Tom's services for a number of years now and each of those times I have been thoroughly impressed by his knowledge, customer services and his general passion for doing an excellent job. He replaced my boiler, changed 6 radiators and even took time to look at a problem I had with my shower unit and fixed it within an hour. I initially used Tom to replace our boiler and he has become a firm fave for all our plumbing needs, doing our boiler service every year. He has done work in our bathroom, replacing a sink unit, bath panel and towel rail. He also removed a radiator for me. He has also taken the time to share with me what I need to do to keep things running smoothly, which is something not all Tradeys can be bothered with, especially if you're a woman! He is trustworthy, honourable, does a great job and cares for his customers. Couldn't ask for more.

Tom did several jobs for me....a new thermostatic shower bar, a new kitchen tap and a new toilet cistern - he gave honest advice on replacement parts, and took account of my needs and my budget. Tom is really friendly and I have no issues having him in my home. He is a clean worker and always takes care when working in your home an clears up afterwards. Would definitely recommend him.

Tom is a genuinely nice man, as well as very knowledgeable and experienced. He has installed heating systems for us and is in the process of a bathroom. He has serviced our boilers for a number of years and is always honest, reliable and good value. He's also bailed us out of failing boiler late at night and resued us from a hot water crisis on a number of occasions. Reccomend without hesitation.

Tom was able to sort out a mess of a bathroom left mid way through a refit by another plumber, he completed work for us and kept us informed throughout. He installed the whole bathroom, walls, floors, plumbing, suit.
Tom had also fixed and serviced our boiler for us when needed.
He is a lovely guy and never leaves us waiting, he turns up when he says, does a great job and I wouldnt ask anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs!

I had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. It was leaking into the kitchen. I called a few plumbers however, none were available. I got Tom’s number and called him. He couldn’t come around on that day but he was able to talk me through what I needed to do to stop the leak at that time. He then came around the next day to fix it. Tom is brilliant and will explain things in a way you can understand.
